Jacqueline Hilton-Clarke

Jacqueline Hilton-Clarke is KCL Capital Market Brokers Limited’s Vice President of Institutional and Retail Sales. Jacqueline is the holder of a BSC degree from the University of the West Indies, with a major in Economics. She has continually bolstered her core competencies by attending workshops in key areas of management, negotiation and syndication throughout the course of her professional career. Mrs. Hilton Clarke has over 22 Years of experience in the financial services industry.

Her career at the AIC Financial Group Limited began in 2004 when she took up responsibility for key areas in Corporate Sales and joined the senior membership of the structuring team with a focus on structure trade finance initiatives. Prior to joining AIC, she worked at RBTT Bank Limited for 11 years holding various leadership positions in Retail Banking, Corporate Banking and Treasury Operations. Her key areas of responsibilities included distribution and origination, with a continued focus on the development of relationships on behalf of the Bank. Having formulated the strategy behind the Bank’s successful penetration into this market, Mrs. Hilton-Clarke was pivotal in the establishment of the Bank’s Central American Banking Office.

Over the years, she has garnered experience in the areas of Business Development, Relationship Management, Customer Service and Origination developing relationships throughout the local, Caribbean and Central American regions. In her capacity as Vice President, she is responsible for Relationship Management and KCL’s Customer Relationship Strategies. Additionally, she provides support in the areas of Corporate Sales and Distribution.

She has been able to successfully provide funding solutions for a majority of the facilities under the Structured Finance Programme. She can be credited with raising regional awareness of the Structured Finance Product having facilitated several successful deal closures.

Mrs. Hilton-Clarke is a member of the Rotary Club of Port of Spain West and has dedicated over 5 years of service to this cause.
