KCL Capital Market Brokers Limited, formerly AIC Capital Market Brokers Limited, has been in operation since October 16, 2003, as a registered securities company regulated by the Securities Exchange Commission of Trinidad & Tobago. On February 1st, 2011 the management team of AIC Capital Market Brokers Limited purchased a 100% ownership interest in the Company. In August 2011 the Company rebranded as KCL Capital Market Brokers Limited, with a redefined mantra “Building generational Wealth”.
The company logo signifies the growth of Generations, like the Sherman Oak tree with each shoot symbolizing continuity.

Our Business
The company specializes in the design and distribution of mid-size capital market products and services which are tailored to meet our individual clients’ needs. Since 2005, KCL has developed expertise in the monetisation of high grade commercial trade receivables within the region with over TT$2.5 billion in business volume from inception to June 2015. In 2009, KCL expanded its services to the monetisation of prime consumer loans and mortgage receivables. The objective of the program is to provide working capital to owners of prime financial assets in order to improve their cash flow through the sale of these assets, while leaving them in control over all aspects of the client relationship: billings, collections, and other customer service related activities. The essence of the program is the redirection or freeing of existing locked-in cash flows without creating additional leverage. KCL also structures and offers short and medium term funding instruments to meet varied clients’ needs. Though our focus lends to projects in energy and industrial sectors, we are not limited in our areas of scope provided we can meet the desired need.
Our size does not impede our impact. We have been successful in placement and distribution of short, medium and long term securities within our capital markets both as sole arrangers and through co-advisory engagements locally and regionally.
