Michelle Des Vignes

Michelle Des Vignes is the Business Development Manager and Human Resource Manager at KCL Capital Market Brokers Limited. She is qualified in Marketing, Project Management and Human Resources Management and is currently pursuing an MBA in Strategic Management. She has over 15 years experience in sales, marketing and relationship management.

Prior to joining KCL Capital Market Brokers Limited in 2011, Ms. Des Vignes served as part of the AIC Financial Group (AICFG) in the capacity of HR Officer and later as Business Development Officer. In her current role, she has responsibility for management of the Trade Finance Program and new business development. Prior to joining AICFG, she worked for 9 years at I.T. Mc Leod Partnership Limited, Quantity Surveyors and Cost Construction Economists as a Marketing Officer for the firm’s high-end Townhouse Developments.

At KCL Capital Market Brokers Limited Ms. Des Vignes is responsible for building market position for the Trade Finance Program and the effective realization of organizational goals in her capacity as Business Development Manager. In her capacity as Human resource manager, she is manages KCL’s recruitment and talent management and the alignment of the company’s activities to its strategic objectives.
