Reginald F.A. Thomas

 Mr. Reginald F.A Thomas holds a Masters in Business Administration, B.Sc. (Hons.) Public Administration and is a Certified Pension Consultant from the American Society of Pension/Actuaries along with other Certificates and Diplomas attained.

His career path has seen him hold positions of Senior Local Consultant – World Bank (SVG), Director of the Inter-American Conference on Social Security Studies Mexico (2916-2019) Social Protection Coach, ILO Italy, Executive Director – National Insurance Services St. Vincent and the Grenadines (SVG), Lecturer at UWI, Cave Hill School of Business, Director on the Board of Eastern Caribbean Stock Exchange, Director on the Board of Eastern Caribbean Home Mortgage Bank, served as Deputy Chairman, also served as member of the Executive Committee to promote the operation functions and strategic directions of the exchange – 2000-2002, and other professional functions.

Some of the awards he received are, an honoured induction as a life member of the International Association of Business Leaders, honoured member of the International WHO IS WHO of professionals for the year 2000
